We accept payments through our secure online portal. The remaining balance is generally due upon delivery.

Yes. Order modifications — adding items, adjusting quantities, or changing the event date — can be made up to 72 hours before your event, subject to availability. Cancellation policies vary by order size and are clearly stated in your rental agreement. We work with you, not against you — just contact us as early as possible if plans change.

We deliver across Columbus and all of Central Ohio — including Gahanna, Westerville, Dublin, Powell, New Albany, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, Upper Arlington, Bexley, and surrounding communities. Contact us about your specific location for larger events or those further outside Central Ohio — we accommodate out-of-area bookings on a case-by-case basis.
