There is no minimum order value. Some items — like chairs — have a minimum quantity per order (typically 10 units) to ensure efficient delivery logistics. Minimum quantities are listed on each product page. Bundle packages include everything at a fixed, all-in price.

Delivery is included on all orders. Professional setup and teardown is required for tents, seating arrangements, and staging — it is being charged as "Security Deposit".

For weddings and large corporate events, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May through October). For smaller parties, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. Same-day rentals are available based on inventory — call us to confirm.

It won't — but if it does, call us immediately. We respond to event-day issues within the day. Our team will replace or correct the order. Every item is inspected before it leaves our facility and re-checked on-site after setup.
