Most of our community events and showcases are free to attend. Some specialty events — like private partner networking evenings or ticketed showcases — may have limited capacity or a small attendance fee. Any costs are clearly noted on the individual event listing. When in doubt, RSVP and we'll confirm all details.

For weddings and large events between May and October (peak season), we recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance. Spring events (March–April) typically need 3–4 weeks. Off-season events (November–February) can often be booked with 1–2 weeks' notice. For last-minute or same-day requests, call us at +1 (888) 744-3868 and we'll work with you on availability.
