Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to 614 Signature Events! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and rentals. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by 614 Signature Events.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.
  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable in case of cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

3. Changes and Modifications

  • Requests for changes or modifications to your booking must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes based on equipment availability.

4. Equipment Rental and Usage

  • Customers are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment in the same condition as received.
  • Any equipment that is damaged, lost, or not returned will incur additional charges based on repair or replacement costs.
  • Rented equipment must be used in a safe and appropriate manner in accordance with any provided instructions.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • 614 Signature Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use of our rented equipment.
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for their event and rented equipment.

6. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to the delivery or pick-up of rented equipment.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties.

7. Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery and pick-up services are available within our service area and may incur additional charges.
  • Customers must ensure that access to the event location is clear and accessible for delivery and pick-up.
  • Delivery and pick-up times will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

8. Force Majeure

  • 614 Signature Events is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio/United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Return and Refund Policy

At 614 Signature Events, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your event is a success. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or return rented equipment. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 Day's Notice: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
  • 7-13 Day's Notice: Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Less Than 7 Day's Notice: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.

Damaged or Missing Equipment:

  • Customers are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment.
  • Any equipment that is damaged, lost, or not returned will incur additional charges based on repair or replacement costs.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is received and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.


Exchanges and Adjustments:

  • If you need to exchange or adjust your rental items, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your event date.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes based on equipment availability.
